The Chefs Christiane Stein and Cristián Pérez visit the Catering
and Hospitality School in Panguipulli, to teach the students of the
last two years of Secondary Education.
In the new and professionally equipped kitchens, the Chefs put special emphasis in one of the latest tendencies of the cooking industry world: the molecular food.
