The Chefs Christiane Stein and Cristián Pérez visit the Catering
and Hospitality School in Panguipulli, to teach the students of the
last two years of Secondary Education.
In March 2009 , the work of enlarging the warehouse in 56,5m2 for
the use of workshops, was completed and devoted to Collective
Food Service Workshops. These new facilities were used for the
first time this year with a first grade course.
March 2008… A never-to-be-forgotten date in Panguipulli. The
new school “People help people” shows its new face. Thanks to
the support of the sponsors of the project, the students can
benefit from a new and exceptional infrastructure in a privileged
environment: Computer rooms, library, gym, boarding school
and really well equipped workshops.
